I own a new (Post-Ban) Bushmaster M4/A3 with a pinned "Tele-Style" stock which I am thrilled with. The only problem is that the length of pull is a bit long for me. I know that mounting a telescoping stock on it would be illeagal, and I would never do this. What I am wondering is if I bought a Fiberite six position telescoping stock, and set it to the correct position for the lenght of pull I am looking for, and then pinned it so it could no longer telescope, as long as the overall length is more than the minimum allowed by law, would this be leagal? Any help on this matter would be appreciated. |
