Kid detained over flashcards... kid sues
|

flash cards going to hijack a plane? or cause a mid air explosion?
dont think so... TSA hires from the bottom of the barrel, every single one of them i see looks like a degenerate RETARD(yes i said retard, fuck you palin) is this grounds for a lawsuit? no. is TSA grossly incompetent? hell yes they are. do they have a IQ ceiling for working at TSA? if you are XXX smart, you are over qualified. if you have X to XX IQ you are perfect for TSA |
|
still
no one is able to read where it says TSA DETAINED the person? Again the TSA cant detain. It had to of been local law enforcement that detained him. Sorry to disappoint guys. Quoted:

Fuck the TSA. Fuck Obama. Fuck You Arock! yep just let everyone get on a plane no screening damn, thats smart Obviously, a false sense of security is much better than actual...............security.
yes... its better to have no security at all. Stellar idea. O wait, you have provided no ALTERNATIVE. Until you do, you cant just sling mud. Not all TSA is created equal. You goto LAX dont expect the best security when the turnover rate is one of the highest in the country. |

Has anyone noticed but me that the latest wave of jihadists in the US are not Arabic and don't speak Arabic? They fall into another cultural group. believe me your not the first that caught on that the most recent bad guys are actually very WHITE...and many times they can be women. Isnt an incredibly new trend. Though the public is now catching on. The US Govt may look stupid to the naked eye, but their actually on the ball. |

From the article: US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) screeners detained George and he was "abusively interrogated" by a TSA supervisor, who asked him about his views on the September 11, 2001 attacks, according to the complaint filed in the US District Court in Philadelphia. Looks like the TSA broke the Law according to the court papers. |

They simply dont have the authority to. And they know it. |

So if I set off the metal detector and keep going, they can't stop me? What if they wanted to pull off to the side for extra screening? I can just keep walking? (until the real police tackle me and taze my ballsack anyway) |

Actually, since I do think they should be profiling Muslims since they are the group from whence comes the vast majority of the terror perpetrators, and many muslims speak arabic, I am going to go ahead and say I am ok with the profiling, but not the "abusive" part.
If TSA did not act professionally, then they should be reprimanded. However on the profiling point I have no problem. If all the acts of terror had been commited by Mormons, for example, should we not be profiling Mormons? And if an inordinately large number of Mormons go to Brigham Young University, and we were profiling Mormons, should we not profile an individual wearing a Brigham Young T-Shirt? Political correctness be damned. The israelis profile as a matter of procedure, every muslim who passes their security checkpoints. There is a very good reason for that. |

arabic + book critical of US = good stop I would have some questions about that combo too How long should the government be allowed to detain people based solely on what language they speak and the political views of a book they have in their possession? |
