Felony to throw a projectile at a moving vehicle in VA.. Been like that a long time.

I remember a kid in high school got a felony for throwing a twinky at the vice principal's caddy while she was leaving.

Cop - Why were you shooting at cars?

1. Throwing snowball a a moving vehicle.

2. Committing a felony white wearing body armor.
