| Anyone ever use exploding targets? I've never used any tannerite, but some of the videos posted here are pretty wild. Will 1/2 pound make a big boom? |

MUCH fun to be had with tannerite. You will definitely get peoples attention when it goes off.
ETA: Somebody posted the "ingredients" at one time. I believe it it is nothing more than ammonium nitrate and powdered aluminium. I have no idea where you could get these items locally, especially the powdered aluminium. |

Fun to watch parts fly a couple hundred feet in the air......be careful on where you do this. We had the Sherif dept call out on us, we were in the middle of 2000 acres and some homes on the other end of the propety said we were rattling their windows. I don't know if that was true, but we were mixing about 3 to 4 packages into one |

You really need to watch this video from the Washington Hometown Forum. It will explain everything you ever wanted to know about tannerite. |

Tannerite is great fun. I took a case of it on a camping trip a couple of years ago. I mixed up a couple of bottles and put them out for targets without telling anyone what it was, they thought it was just a plastic bottle with an orange sticker on it. When one of my buddies hit the first one, everyone was thrilled! Yes, we shot up the whole case and had fun with each explosion. |

Wait, you live in Jax and you haven't been witness to Slug-O's Tannerite escapades?
Some how I missed it. Got any video of the action?
