I just purchased a GoBook III without an operating system.  As all of my other home machines run XP (home on 2, pro on work machine).  I was planning on picking up a Windows XP OS on eBay for this machine.  I know Windows is teh suk, but I also need this machine for the wife and kids (hence GoBook).

Am I okay with a Full Windows install disk set?

What are the differences between Home and Pro?

Are there any benefits to running Pro over Home?

Thanks!

Yes, you're ok with the full install disk.  You're not ok with an upgrade disk.

Here is a good article detailing the differences between the two.  It's kind of old, but then again, so is WinXP so it's still accurate.
