I recently ordered a uniform top and shirt from this company online. The order was over $50 which gave me free shipping. Upon receipt the uniforms were too large and of the wrong material. I emailed asking how to return. No response. After digging around on the website I found an address to return to and that no RMA was required. It did state that if free shipping was used that the shipping charge would be deducted from the refund credit. Fair enough.
The original package was drop shipped from Tennessee. The return box went to New Jersey for a grand total of $11.46 through UPS. The refund credit was minus $24.92 for shipping. Outrageous. So, I called. First phone call; no answer, left message. NO REPLY Second phone call; no answer, left message. NO REPLY Email. NO REPLY Credit card dispute has been filed. BUYER BEWARE |
