Anyone know why my itunes wont let me create a playlist/rearange playlist/transfer music to ipod?
It did this once before, easy fix but I can't remember what it is. It was like a setting change or something.

Make sure "manually manage music" is selected.
It might be thinking you want to sync in stead of making your own changes.
I despise iTunes affinity for syncing. I'll put what I damn well please on my phone.

Yes, sync is off. This happened once before, and it was a real simple fix, like DUH!!!. Of course I can't remember it, nor do I know why I need to do it.
