Are there any bullets that could be identified as only foreign-made, i.e. aren’t just standard .45s or .38s or any caliber so that when forensics extracts a bullet from a body it could only be identified as foreign-made? Need the info for a script. Thanks.

Maybe military surplus from another country like Russia. 7.62x25 ball or something.

I don't think there is a single caliber on earth that has never loaded, either by a company, or a reloader in his basement, in the US.

There are plenty of calibers, and bullets that have characteristics intrinsic to other countries, or are more common in another country.  But actually determining, only by the bullet, where a cartridge was made for certain, would, I think, be about impossible.

I've seen turk and paki shit with mild steel jackets instead of copper.
IIRC, several countries used steel jackets at one time or another during the second world war.
