Why do we need this agency?

They had a table at a recent gun show I didn't understand why they would be there. No one stopped to talk to the them or pick up a pamphlet. I walked by and just wondered WTF???

We don't need them. Alcohol, tobacco, and firearms do not need to be regulated IMO. A waste of our tax dollars. There are also many, many more wastes of our tax money.

at some of the big shows they have had laptops there and would do NICS for FTF if people wanted it

I did not see anyone take advantage of their generosity

I picked up a 5300.4 when I saw them at a gun show. I've got that thing dog eared from referencing it so much.

BUT - I shouldn't need to reference it at all.

This was a Savannah gun show. Makes sense if they were there to do NICS check for FTF transactions. Why anyone would use them beats me. While there I never saw anyone at their table. Thanks for confirming that they are another COMPLETE waste of my tax dollar and infringer of my 2nd Amendment rights!
