I just got a Cardio III...wow! After struggling through auscultation at school I am amazed by how much better this piece of equipment picks up sounds. I know there have been some threads recently looking for recommendations, I am now a firm believer in Littmann. The end.

They are great... Hope it doesn't get legs and walk away though. Stethoscopes are probably one of the most stolen things in the medical field. Right behind pen lights and trauma shears.

Been using the Cardiology II for years. I have three of them. Never cared for the Master Cardiologist model though.
