Just wondering if this would be considered constructive intent, realistically I have the tools needed to create a SBS.
..but let's say that you had a 10.5" AR15 barrel but not SBR or pistol lower, would that be intent? What if you used that barrel to mix paint or beat your dog with and not for it's intended purposes? |
