Wish I could buy the Dodge brand.  Sell big, badass trucks and cars with gobs of power and let the Fuel Economy
end up where it ends up.

Relocate manufacturing to non-union states and profit.

Cater to the big tough solid front axle truck buyers and Mopar badass car people.

Install QUALITY parts/ not cheap garbage.

No one can predict the future....but,  I predict that even if the rest of Chrysler goes tits up
someone with some brains and some balls will probably buy the Jeep name.
Hopefully whoever it is will restore it back to it's former luster....

I think all the branches are all owned the same way?

Ballpark #s:
The United Autoworkers own 67%
Fiat owns 20%
US Government/taxpayers own 9-10%
Canada owns 2.5%

If Fiat meets certain 'goals' they can expand their ownership to 35% and then 51%.  I guess that means they get the US & Canadian shares first, and then have the option for majority control by getting some of the union shares.

The new Power Wagon is the real deal.

The "uaw" ownership is actually the fund to pay for the retirees. Fiat is in charge, they're running things.
