Its the PI. Think third world shithole in most parts of the country and you'll understand why they don't have one.

BFD, it had been spewing SO2 at the rate of 6000 tons per day.  This is significant as it contributes to stratospheric shading since there is very little water vapor in the strat and settling rates are low.



This really plays havoc with AGW model data
, meaning they will have to further fudge the numbers.  I love it when a plan comes together.  Thanks to the Halliburton Pacific Ring of Fire machine.
