Just heard on Fox radio news that Brazil's top judge has ruled that the American boy whose mother took him down there, divorced her husband (who was in America), and married another guy then died having his baby (whew! out of breath)... is to be returned to his father here in the States. Good for them!
May the dead kidnapper mother roll in her grave...

Thank the Brazilian AG..he's the one who reached out for the Chief Justice to get this fast tracked. if it had been up to the assaht who put the stay on the original decision it would have been held until sometime in Feb. Whomever it was... good for them. Glad to see this. Of course, should've been an immediate thing. But better late than never. Makes me sick thinking that a SCUM parent would steal their kid and leave to another country (outside of cases of abuse). The story I heard was that this guy (the kid's father) drove the mother and her parents to the airport and everything. And once she got to Brazil, she immediately divorced him. Talk about kick a guy in the nuts. Hope his kid and he are able to get back on track with their relationship. |
