Well I saw so much food on here today I had to go make some breakfast for lunch. Not nearly as impressive as some of the ones I've seen on here today, but it was all I had. And quite delicious. This thick sliced peppered bacon I got from the deli was AWESOME> Oh and yes, I busted out the cast-iron for this meal.    |

And as usual, keep your damn napkins. I use one at a restaurant or at someone else's house. In my own home I use my shirt. And the bacon might look overdone, but it was perfect. I like it crunchy.
