Is excellent! Someday I will probably buy one of their lever actions in .44 mag or .357 mag.  But anyways, my henry lever action .22 probably gets the most use and abuse out of all my guns, it gets taken out in the woods and roughed up sometimes.  Well, I broke the front sight hood on it, it was my fault.  I sent them an email asking if they would sell me a replacement one.  Got a reply only one day later asking for my address and phone number and they will send me a new front sight assembly for free.  I know it's not that big of a deal, these parts probably would only have been a couple bucks if they would have sold them to me, but this company gets it.  Something even that small like that thrilled me as a customer because it is so rare these days.  Usually getting something repaired from a company involves proof of ownership, purchase location, serial number, upc numbers, proof that it was a faulty product and not fault of your own, and only then will they fix it if it is still under warranty.  I know ruger and a couple other gun companies stand behind their products, but it's just so awesome.  It's like they get it, instead of having the attitude "hey you paid for it, it's yours and it's not our problem"!  Small things like this is how you get repeat business as well as that person telling others how good of an experience they had with your company which will bring you more business... Plus their slogan I like.  "Henry rifles will be made in America or not made at all"!

That's good to hear.  My grandfather has their lever action .22lr.  No, they are not finely made, expensive rifles, with beautiful finishes on them.  His, however, is VERY fun to shoot, nicely made, very reliable, and accurate enough that it really surprised me.  I think they are a good deal in the firearms world.
