I've been looking for months for a used PEQ/DBAL on Ebay, GUnbroker, and the EE.
Does anyone have nay ideas there i might locate one for a 'reasonable' price? I'm starting to think my only option is to buy a clone off EBay and take my chances it won't hold zero. I see several people have them and just wondering how and where they got them. I guy I emailed said he didn't know they were a restricted and he just called up a camera shop that sold them and girl on the phone took his order. Sure enough they mailed it out a week later. I would guess this is VERY rare and I wouldn't be that lucky. My other question is on ordering one from overseas off Ebay. They sell the real ones and say customs will send them right on through. Has anyone tried this before? Does anyone have any experience first hand with the clones? I emailed a guy who sold one off Gunbroker and he said they have a bad 'bloom', but his held zero on a .308 great. I can live with the bloom as I would think this would be a problem on the 'real' ones also. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks thanks |
