I didn't get it on mine. I have no problem getting my pistol out during practice.

If you buy it cut, you can't fix it later

Buy it complete and trim it, once you figure out if it even needs to be trimmed.

I have the CB ST. I carry a Glock 30. It is comfortable and I can draw rather quickly. At this point I see no reason for me to get it cut down.

EDIT: I conditioned mine with Snow Seal boot sealer. Its a combination of beeswax and other oils. Softens leather and makes it waterproof.

2nd EDIT: if your a NRA membe ryou'll get a 10% discount. Just mention it to them and give them your NRA member #

I bought mine used, I didn't have a choice.

I cut mine so my thumb would be able to get around the G19's grip.   There's no difference in how it feels against your body.

I've got one without the combat cut. The draw is fine for me.

I also got it with the horsehide option. Very comfy.

id recommend it , because i got one and i have a hard time getting a proper grip on it from the holster (it's hard to fit my thumb between the sweat guard and the grip of the gun)...

I reallly like mine but, The one issue I have is that it tends to slide towards my backside and I'm a fairly skinny dude. I'm trying to figure out a way to keep it from sliding around.

I'm pretty skinny, and I don't have this problem, but I would recommend getting some shoe-goo and glueing a thin rubber sheet to the kydex part of the holster.  That should increase the friction between the holster and the belt.

Or, you could use buy an appropriate belt and use the concealable velcro belt attachments.  The holster will be velcroed to your belt, and it won't go anywhere.
