Quoted: Isn't that show fake? I'm a little slower than most. I watched it twice to figure out that it's dramatic re-enactment. The one episode where a buncha dudes come out of a bar and beat down the bald guy, but only make incidental contact w/ their pool cues...yeah. Honey, hand me the clicker. |

Operation Repo is an American television program where a fictional repossession team from the San Fernando Valley in California are filmed recreating the repossession of vehicles for finance companies..Although as a channel, truTV is described as presenting "real-life stories told from an exciting and dramatic first-person perspective", Operation Repo consists of scripted re-enactments where the team is often confronted by actors portraying debtors and police officers in the repossessions. Some of the actions shown violate the Collateral Recovery Act of the State of California and are only for dramatic purposes. Repossession agents are prohibited from breaching the peace (ie: fighting and wrestling with debtors). However, some of the actors on the team were repossession agents in real life. Operation Repo began in April 2008, and is based on the Spanish language program, Operacion Repo shown on Telemundo, which began in November 2006. The 4th season premieres on Nov. 9, 2009 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Repo |

I believe the show started as "real". The camera crew would follow them on actual repos. However, they turned it into reenactment garbage. It's so phont, it's rediculas. Anytime that bald asswipe gets into a so-called confrontations, there is never a punch thrown. Everything is pushing and yelling.
I watched the episode when they had to repo a motorcycle that was inside a motorcycle shop with a bunch of "biker dudes" out front. One of the repo guys goes by himself at night to ASK for the motorcycle . He ends up having ass handed to him(fake, of coarse), but it just goes to show how fake it really is.
And, yes, bald sunglass guy is a freakin moron. |
