It this *the* gun cleaner / lube / anti-ruster all-in-one bestest thing ever that tactical operator SEAL commandos swear by?

Seriously though, good shit?

It is pretty much all I use on my guns but that is mostly because I'm lazy. I'll sometimes use a little Hoppes on my pistol barrels but other than that CLP seems to get the job done.

Good stuff, but it's a jack of all trades, master of none.  It is hella convenient.

I sneak  a little drop behind my girlfriends ear, and it turns me into a raging sex machine.

Which sucks when you constantly stand at attention at the range cause someone 3 booths over is cleaning gear...

Works like a charm.

Good stuff.  When it was new, we used to pour a five gallon can of the stuff into large baking pans and just dip our weapons into the bath and brush them out.  A disassembled Pig was much easier to clean that way.

My son used it on large swabs/brushes to clean the 120 smooth bore cannon on his M1A2 Abrams.

CLP ain't perfect...but it is damn good stuff and great for keeping M-16 actions "damp" as they are usually supposed to be in most environments.

Yeah, it's the stuff the SWAT guys use to oil down their bolts during operations.

You know all those sex pill commercials that warn about the danger of erections lasting longer than 4 hours?

This is why I can't go to a machine gun shoot.

You'll never go back to WD 40 after you try Whale Oil.
