One of my goats has a bad cough. It started Monday.   Tuesday, my brother and I both got extremely sick. (Headaches, tonsils swollen, productive coughs, throats severely inflamed and swollen)
That fuckin goat is still coughin.  And it's the only common contact we can think of between us.

Goat zero,  Apaula.  her man is named Zeus

Your name is Zeus? You two probably shouldn't be doing that with goats. It's illegal in most places.

You opened yourself up to that one.

I spent last night in the ER. one steroid shot, one antibiotic shot (holy mother of God that one hurt) and 3 scripts later, I'm functional.  I was pretty damned sick.

That little (18 inches at the horn tip) bitch is mean. She headbutted one of my dogs off the side of my 6 foot high porch a couple of hours ago.

It was my English mastiff's. I had to put him down, the goats inherited it.  It's up there because the pic was taken while we were cleaning the yard.

When they wink at you, it's not a come-on, it's because they have something in their eye.

Giving a serious answer, it is possible that you got something from your goats, especially if you've been in close proximity to them while they were sick.

Smallpox, HIV, anthrax, plague, and pathogenic E. coli are all examples of diseases that humans once got –– or can still get –– from mammals.

I carried them both around Monday for a bit and checked them over pretty good for ticks, bugs, shit like that, and dewormed them. So yeah, I was pretty close to them.  The doc said it was viral, between the steroids and antibiotics, I'm feeling great. My brother, the retard, refuses to go to the doc.
