You know..this is a bit touchy, but I am curious about what people think the future holds for Obama...
so I am going to put up a Poll |
|
I'm pushing for impeachment, conviction, and removal from office.
Unlike the false horseshit accusations the left threw at GWB during his term about his firing of US attorneys (which is completely 100% legal for the president to do), the kenyan broke the Improving Government Accountability Act of 2008 (also known as the Inspector General Reform Act of 2008). This was a law which obama co-sponsored when it was in the Senate, so he can not feign ignorance. The law states, if a US Inspector General is to be transferred or fired, the president must give both houses of Congress 30 days advance written notice. The kenyan usurper gave Inspector General Walpin just 24 hours to clear out his desk and didn't notify either house of Congress. A couple days ago IG Walpin was cleared of all wrong doing. I hope he sues to get his job back and puts the kenyan's federal law breaking ways in the headlines. https://www.oig.lsc.gov/legis/pl110-409.pdf SEC. 3. REMOVAL OF INSPECTORS GENERAL.
(a) ESTABLISHMENTS.—Section 3(b) of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by striking the second sentence and inserting ‘‘If an Inspector General is removed from office or is transferred to another position or location within an establishment, the President shall communicate in writing the reasons for any such removal or transfer to both Houses of Congress, not later than 30 days before the removal or transfer. Nothing in this subsection shall prohibit a personnel action otherwise authorized by law, other than transfer or removal.’ the TOTUS is a CRIMINAL. He intentionally broke a federal law that he himself had a hand in passing. That shows total disregard for not only federal law, but the Constitution itself. The executive branch should be executing the laws, not breaking them. |

And besides, Obama will ultimately leave office –– after eight years. This will certainly be the case if the Republicans can't find somebody better than McCain to run in 2012. Remember, it's the electorate that chooses who will run for president. This happens during the primaries. It takes money and time to find a good candidate. |

Quoted: Quoted: One of two outcomes: 1) Obama manages to BS/bribe enough welfare rats to get re-elected, and the country slides irreversibly into Socialism, or 2) A RINO wins the election and is marginally less Socialist than Obama. Optimistic I see. ![]() Maybe events will prove me wrong but the demographics of the country are changing such that a true Conservative/Constitutionalist cannot be elected. My main hope is that the Congress will tip back enough towards the right that the worst of the Change will get blocked but I still expect even a "Republican controlled" Congress to pass what I would consider to be unconstitutional laws thanks to a majority of democrats and "consensus seeking" RINOs. All we have at the moment to stem the tide is the Supreme court and Obama is only one "terrible accident" away from getting a majority that will treat the Constitution as "a living document that can change over time to better reflect the growth and maturation of the nation". Some days it is hard to be optimistic |
