Got a chance to buy a Bersa Thunder .380, in good condition for $200.
Is this a good buy? It seems to be, based on the prices of Bersas advertised on gunbroker.

I bought mine new about two years ago and paid about 229ish it is bi tone.

That's a decent price for one and they're good guns but you should realize that spare mags are expensive.

Any gun for $200 that is not a piece of shit is a good buy. I'd take it. My dad had a Bersa .380, it ran very well.

I liked the Bersa .380 that I shot, but I didn't have enough experience with it to say anything about reliability. I thought it would have been a good buy, even without perfect reliability.

My dad has two, paid under $200 for both, but that was several years ago. They're great shooting and I don't recall any failures when I've shot them. Sounds like you got a good deal and a decent little pistol.

I had one for a while. I never had a problem with it, and actually found it pretty accurate for a little cheap pocket pistol.

I had one and miss it. I think I got it at a pawn shop 5 years ago for $180-200 Got rid of it when I was needing the money. Isn't 380 still hard to find for ammo though?

good gun. got one for the wife and I keep trying to steal it but she won't let me. Damn fine gun for the money.

Girlfriend has one. She loves it, makes a good nightstand gun.

Mags are $.

Put a dab of threadlock on the grip panel screws (that is the only problem I have found with this gun).

Her and I (mostly her) have put a lot of rounds downrange with it, good shooting little gun. Of course with .380 being nonexistent right now, it does not get shot much.
