So we are only 4 weeks away from Turkey Day and I can't wait for the turkey, potatoes, cranberries 
and the Green Bean Cassrole!
I have no idea why green bean cassarole is so delicious but I don't care. |

Yeah, I am disgusted with my siblings. I can (try) to
make a good enough day of it for my Moms sake, but its a challenge sometime. I guess thats what Thanksgiving is about, glad for what you have, and not affected like some really hardcore unlucky types. And green bean cassarole is great if done correctly. There is a cafeteria here, Picidilly Cafe. that makes carrots as a souffle. They sell packages frozen to warm up at home. Im gonna grab one of those and contribute to the spread. |
