I'm running Vista Home. Everytime I open a link it opens full screen width and only 1/4 down the screen.
Any ideas?

I think the trick was that you had to close the parent window before closing the resized daughter window to make the resize stick. I disremember if you had to hold ctrl or alt while closing the parent.
