I put an order in with Brownells this morning and never got a confirmation email. I got to the confirmation page when I checked out, with the confirmation number, but didn't save it or the #, as I was expecting an email of the same (like I've had before).
I've ordered from them in the past. When I checked my "Recent Orders" page on the site, it only shows the first order I ever had with them, over a year ago. It doesn't show my current order, or any of the other orders after my first (which I've already received, obviously). Anyone know what's up? (Yes, I know Brownells has a forum here, but they don't respond too often. I also emailed them, but don't know if they respond on the weekends.) |
