pBong Water Can Be Illegal Drug, Minnesota Court RulesMINNEAPOLIS — Bong water can count as a controlled substance, the Minnesota Supreme Court ruled Thursday in a decision that raises the threat of longer sentences for drug smokers who fail to dump the water out of their pipes. In a 4-3 decision Thursday, the state's highest court said a person can be prosecuted for a first-degree drug crime for 25 grams or more of bong water that tests positive for a controlled substance. The decision, which reverses two lower court rulings, came in the case of Sara Peck. Items seized during a search of her Rice County home in 2007 included a glass bong — a type of water pipe often used to smoke drugs — that contained 37 grams — about 2 1/2 tablespoons — of a liquid that tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine. The Supreme Court said that unambiguously counts as a drug "mixture" under the wording of state law and sent the case back to Rice County District Court for further proceedings. The decision, authored by Justice G. Barry Anderson, noted that the liquid wasn't plain clear water, but had a pink color and fruity odor, and that a narcotics officer had testified that drug users sometimes keep bong water to drink or inject later. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,569269,00.html?test=latestnews |

Buhhh! I take that back http://seattlest.com/2008/04/25/lynwood_kid_dri.php Want further proof America is going to hell? The Seattle Times reports kids in Lynnwood are drinking the bong water from meth pipes to get high. According to the Times, “Worb water" is the meth-laced water that's left in a water pipe after it's been used to smoke methamphetamines.” Move over crack-pipe scrapers, there’s a new scumbag on the drug-desperation block and he’s called “worb water." Silly us thought drinking normal bong water was an all-time low on the desperate drug-ingestion scale and now we get to find out kids in Lynnwood are drinking the skin-melting afterbirth from meth bongs. That’s literally worse than snorting the sand out at Hanford, in terms of blatant disregard for one’s health. Pot bongs are smelly, in a murky/organic sense. Meth bongs probably glow in the dark and emit electromagnetic energy. The willingness to drink the stuff is nothing short of insane. Apparently the drinker became suddenly involved in a lustful trip-out which resulted in his fatal beating. The story is no doubt sad; we can only hope this fatality was the result of some lone junkie pioneer and not a sign of things to come from the Lynnwood High School system. |

Quoted: Quoted: Meth can still be extracted out of things like piss and bong water, then re ingested. Metabolic FAIL. Actually, in history, the Priests used to leave their piss outside for the peasants to drink after the priests had spent a night 'communing with the gods' and eating mushrooms. |
