I love Sam Adams. Spaten's pretty good. Beck's too. New Belgium Hoptoberfest is good, but leans more towards an IPA.
I wanna try some more. What do you recommend, Arfcom?

I didn't much care for the Sam Adams I had.
It was okay, but nothing spectaculuar. I've heard this years batch is kind of meh.

I drank a lot of Sam Adams Octoberfest on draft last year, it was pretty awesome. In bottles, it was still good, but it was quite epic on draft IMO.
This year seems okay to me.

A true Oktoberfest beer can come only from Munich. Spaten, Paulaner, Hofbrau, Hacker-Pschorr, and Augustiner. Drink it by the liter...a Maß.

Leinenkugel = gross
Blue Moon Seasonals (all) = good
OP, If you live close to Mass., try Berkshire Brewing Co.'s Octoberfest Lager. Nice.

Great Lakes Oktoberfest is awesome. You are too far away to get that though.
