In the last episode it looked like their mouth breather captain was going to jail.  I'm betting the Dutch are not going to let them sail under their flag anymore.

I'm sure they could find some hippy country to give them a flag.  Hell, Zimbabwe might even help them out if they donate enough bread.

I'm not sure. I had a pretty good thread going for their second season, but things are looking pretty bleak for the crew as they may actually be doing some time in the near future. I was hoping for a more violent end to the show, but legal prosecution works for me.

Wikipedia:
n October 2009 Watson who carries a US passport, complained to media outlets about having his request for an Australian visa denied. He states that the Australian government is attempting to sabotage the upcoming 2010 Sea Shepherd campaign by denying him entry into the country. Watson and several other shipmates will also not be able to join the MV Steve Irwin on its promotional tour of Australia until they are able to provide documentation from the governments of the United States, Canada and Norway, exonerating them from previously claimed acts of violence, specifically claims by the Sea Shepherds of intentionally sinking a ship in Norway

Oops, it doesnt help to be braggarts when there's very few ports in the area.
