OK so.....I met this chick the other night.....she's cute and has a nice pair of warlocks! Anyways...I've seen her a couple of times already for lunch at work and we've flirted and whatnot.
So she seemed really into me, she has called and texted me every day since we met. OK so fast forward to today. I tell her I am going to go for a run and she says, "Really well I like to run too" so I asked her to go run with me. She agrees to meet me and we set a time. So I get there...stretch....and 10 minutes pass by.....no show, no call....so I say fuck it and start running. Well I finish up my workout and never see or hear from her. OK so I figure....whatever she just blew me off...fuck this hoe. It kinda pissed me off so I went home and started getting ready to go out with some friends. She calls...twice....I'm still a little pissed so I don't answer. She calls again....third times a charm and I pickup. So she opens with, "Where were you??" I'm like WTF  "No where were you?" She gives me this story about how she was there around 15 minutes after I had already left.
I guess she could tell through the phone that I was a little distant so she asked if I was mad about something....I said, "No just watching football". She said well you sound like you don't want to talk. I said yeah I'm kinda busy, let me call you back later. So then she texts me, asking me if I have plans and if I'd like to go have drinks with her. I declined her offer and went out with friends instead.....and here we are...... MY QUESTION: I've been out the game for a while, but I like this chick and I would like a chance at those above mentioned warlocks. However I have issues with being stood up and I'm not 100% that I believe she was ever even there. Am I just being a fucking drama queen or do I have a legit gripe. How would you proceed? CLIFFS: Met female w/ nice tittays-DO WANT Been out for lunch a couple time Supposed to meet-Get blown off! she calls asking where I was and says she was there 15 minutes after I left She asks me if I want to go out for drinks tonight have issues with being stood up.....decline her offer and go out w/friends Now at home w/ hand

You have a legitimate gripe, but you don't have to be a dick about it. She flaked, or whatever, you didn't wait around forever, she called a bunch of times ... move on from there, or choose not to.
Asking her what happened is fine, or deciding to not see her again is fine, but just being aloof and nonresponsive is just, well, dickish. |

Not a legit gripe yet. These things happen sometimes. I lost a doctor I was supposed to be driving around for three hours once because neither of us had the meeting place right. On the other hand, if she does it again, it becomes a legit gripe. My next step would be to take her out with a small group. Give her just enough attention through the night to keep her interested, then isolate her and see where things go. What you've done so far is a classic take-away. You're already playing hard to get, so you have to build on that, going out with a group gives you an opportunity to build jealousy and attraction. |

You're acting like a dick, IMO. It might work out playing that angle but I sure as hell would back off on it. So she didn't show, who cares? She wanted to hang out so she's obviously still interested. ETA: Read it again. Still don't see how in the hell she is "playing games." If anything you're playing games. If it becomes a pattern, then you deal with it, but one time does not equal a pattern. Jesus Christ you say you like the girl and you're flipping out about one stupid thing? If I were her I'd eject in a heartbeat. I think you'll be fine with her if you just calm the fuck down and relax a bit. |
