so why is it bad to have a high post per day average and how do i check mine.

Or, it could mean you've had a lot of time on your hands lately because of recovering from major surgery.
Arfcom was a Godsend for me during the past several months of recovery from pectoral reattachment surgery...Now that I'm healed my 'posts per day' will go down...maybe
