Well did those A-holes that come into your restaurant ask for a well done steak, or did they ask for medium rare?

Because, your steak looks overcooked!

A good steak requires no A-1 sauce! IMO

All of this. Plus, it looks like the covers are still on the pmags. WTF? I will suspend judgment until further clarification is made.

I'm baffled by how anyone could eat that whole steak in one sitting, let alone the potato and salad as well.

Oh and failure for no bacon on the potato... that's where your salt content is supposed to come from.

more vegetables required for my taste

Nice presentation, Dillo and 1911.  Odd placement of the 1911, but within reach. (Excellent 1911 Commander choice)

London broil looks good (M Rare is still pretty good with that cut) - but you should slice it thinly at an angle to the grain.

Bonus points for the vintage Colt & the good taste in Ale.

Thin sliced broil with gravy is a plus.  Cures the dryness that everyone is whining about.  Gravy turns a sin into a win.

How much butter and bacon to put on the potato?  How much you got?
