| You need to consult with an attorney that specializes in this area. It (the video) may be a legal and binding document, but something on paper would be better. It may cost a few hundred, but if something were to happen to you and/or your wife, you won't be leaving a mess for your children and family to sort out or have to fight the state or court system to get what you would want them to have. That could and probably would cost them thousands in attorney fees. |
