So I'm thinking I am being scammed right now.

I checked my online billing statement and had a charge for $2.29 on it for clickmoneyfast.com.... I have NEVER bought anything from this place.

If you go to the website it says....

"If you are visiting this site because of an unrecognized charge
on your bank statement, please click here."

I called the 1-800 number, they wanted all kinds of information to "confirm" my identity.  I refused to give them anything.
I finally got a "supervisor" who told me that it was purchasing an "ebay selling cd"....Ummm no, I never bought this crap, nor did I ever look into it.
She again wanted personal information to "help me out with this charge"

What should I do?  I've found them on the BBB and they are not certified...shocking.

Don't call them- call your credit card company and have them handle it.

dispute the charges, the bank will just deny them the money. then look at what you have been buying online because someone sold your credit card info.

It's no big deal, company's do this all the time and your CC company is aware of it.  Just contact your CC company and they'll remove the erroneous charges.  These ripoff companies add a small fake charge of $1.93 or something seemingly insignificant to about 5 million cards a month; if 4 million dispute the charge but it slips by the other 1 million they've made a pretty good amount of money for the month.

Wow, googling clickmoneyfast.com lead me back here...

anywho.

Somehow somewhere, somebody got ahold of my C/C info.  They bought something for 1.13 from apl*mobileme www.me.com caus  I think that purchase triggered the stupid crap from clickmoneyfast.  Just notified the bank, unfortunately, this isn't my c/c card, its linked to my checking.

Today my GF noticed a fraudulent charge for $300 from some cosmetics place.

Kind of weird these happened within a few days of each other.  But the banks are so uninterested in tracking this stuff down, you never know what you did wrong (if anything)
