I just learned about it from a show on pbs, history detectives, good show,
i looked it up was very surprised that you don't hear more about it but i guess since it happened during ww1 you would only hear about it here or in some old forgotten book

I learned about the explosion when I visited Liberty State Park in 2002. I had just gotten out of the car and was walking towards the water front when I saw the historical marker. It said "The site of the first terrorist attack on American soil." Or something like that. At first I thought it had something to do with 9/11. I wish they taught these things when I was in school.
