My GF's professor was talking about it so I looked it up. Says something to the effect of can't own a handgun without a license. Anyway, first I've heard about it. Any more insight from the hive?

This never went anywhere it has been DEAD for a long time.

I can't believe people still keep coming up with this as if it just happened.

It does not surprise me that there are some lib professors out there trying to keep it alive. They probably jizz every time they think of it.
