![]() Tonight's dinner was pizza margherita, a traditional Neapolitan pizza consisting of a traditional marinara sauce made with tomatoes, extra-virgin olive oil and fresh basil; sliced fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh oregano. It was baked in a preheated 550-degree oven, on a pizza stone until it just looked right. ![]() Romanian SAR-3 chambered in 5.56 X 45mm NATO loaded with 55gr JSP Brown Bear (Barnaul). Cascade Premium Light, a beer brewed in South Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. Caesar Salad with sun-dried tomatoes, croutons, an Italian three-cheese blend and BACON. The star of the show, pizza margherita. An AK74 bayonet from the Izhmash arsenal, with matching Izhmash scabbard. This was acquired at a bazaar on Kirkuk Regional Air Base / FOB Warrior for $15. I didn't even bother negotiating. Bulgarian Makarov loaded with 94gr JHP Silver Bear (Barnaul). ![]() Doesn't the color of that Cascade Premium Light just look beautiful? This is an outstanding Summer beer, great for drinking on days like this! ![]() Unfortunately, this is the second of two bottles brought to me by my wife's aunt who lives in Australia.
