| I just got the lab results back from my annual physical and everything is fine except three things and was wondering if anyone could tell me what they may mean, if anything. It states my RBC's are high (5.42). The range it gives as normal is 4.5-5.3. My RDW's and MPV's are also high. RDW's is 15.8 with a normal range of 11.5-14.5 and a range of 7.4-10.4 for the MPV's. I am a 30 year old white male with a good health record. I'm about 5'9" and about 200 pounds. The lab or doctor's office hasn't called about anything. So I don't know if I should be worried about anything or be seeking extra tests to check for anything this could be a early warning sign of. If anyone knows anything please enlighten me. |
