A bit of a problem...
We had a tear in our vinyl pool, so we ordered a new vinyl liner (which should be here tomorrow or Thursday), and are taking the old liner out today. We encountered a problem. The first two pics are the tear, the next pictures show the problem: 
Mold and/or algae is everywhere. We've taken out and installed liners before, but it's never been like this. 1. What should we do? 2. Do you know of anyone in the Southern California area that can take care of this if we can't do it ourselves? The help is appreciated. Sorry if I'm leaving out some information.
