Here's my first attempt at a meal pic.
This is homemade pretzel dogs with chili and cheese. Here is the dough rising. (sorry Texans, there is beans in the chili. No, I did not make the chili. Got it down the street.) 
I rolled out the dough, and wrap the dogs up. You have to pinch the ends and dunk in a water/baking soda solution. 
After ten min. at 450 paint them with butter and sprinkle with salt. Add chili and cheese and ......... 
I ate mine like that, the wife puts melted soft cheese on hers, the kids like it with just mustard. (Me too sometimes) I know I'm going to get blasted for the Pepsi, but I don't drink. The rifle is my 10/63 loaded up with Golden Bear The pistol is my G26 with G19 15rd mags sporting the AJAX grip adapters Knife is a Gerber (Don't remember what model though) I've had it for years and it has cleaned many critters for me. |
