So, my ARFCOM fame has finally caught up with me.
Wanna hear something funny? Well... Apparently, a select few people in my chain of command managed to "stumble" across my Bruce B videos (lol), aaaaaaaaaand it just so happened to have been stumbled upon by one of the types of people who you do NOT want to have see that first hand... Heh, I guess tomorrow I'll have to see what kind of damage control I have to do. "I" on the other hand, think it's funny as hell. I had totally forgotten about those until another officer came up to me and said they had found some. I laughed. Well, at first I panicked because I didn't know what "videos" he was talking about (heh). Good times... Good times. I showed it to a few Marines here, they laffed. lawl'd. |

The only snag is that the Marines who laugh at that kind of stuff (publicly, anyway...) aren't the ones who make personnel decisions. Hopefully they don't cause you any problems....but remember that there are peter principle, apple polishing cocksuckers out there who WILL use something like that against you if they have the opportunity to do so. God puts them on the planet to teach us patience and also because He gets a kick out of watching us contemplate whether or not we could get away with homicide just this once. It would be best not to give them any ammo. As a wise man once said: "What happens on Facebook/Youtube stays in your personnel file." |
