I want to purchase a new, manual-winding, Omega watch. I have lusted for a 'moon watch' for years but have decided to acquire a more limited-feature timepiece. Any recommendations? |

This is the Omega that I have, it's the Seamaster Chronograph. https://www.bacario.com//images/big/2225.80.jpg Ditto the above here - and I love mine. |

Watchmaker here. Hard to go wrong with the Moonwatch. If you want a new, handwind Omega, it's the watch to get.
What other features are you looking for? Omega tripledate auto's are nice too, but are autos. Though you can handwind them too. Good choice of brand, regardless. Omega produces quality products without ridiculous markup. |

Planet Ocean. I love mine. I concur. The only real improvement made to a mechanical watch escapement in 100 years is in the new Omega (George Daniels designed) coaxial movements. But the OP wants a handwind, and "more features" than the Moonwatch chrono...so, it's probably off his radar. |
