OK..... I'm not a US citizen.....but as an Arfcom member and somone who likes the US I do feel I have an interest, however slight, in what you folks are experiencing.
But to be honest, and despite the hype, I'm still waiting to see what's so special about Obama. 
I never really bought ino the whole hype thing and generally distrust most politicians. I fail to see what's so special about Obama. He just doesn't seem to have "it"...... Am I missing something? Cos since he was elected he seems to have done very little apart from make speeches...... It seems America is still waiting for the "magic" to happen. What say ye? |
He's an empty suit (I posted that numerous times during the pre-election campaign season). He has no executive skills––just a hard-left agenda which he is voraciously pursuing, and that makes him VERY dangerous (for the entire world). This is not a good time for America.

I would imagine that most thinking meembers of this site see a great many qualities lacking in Mr. Obama.
Personally, I dont find him presidential at all. Token figurehead, in the ttruest sense of the phrase. He is the single greatest example of reverse racism in modern history. Aside from that, I have yet to see an accomplishment which qualifies him for his station in life. I know men personally who are more qualified for the office of the presidency. Sad that its all come to this. |

Most of us in the US are waiting, too, even the libtards that voted for him are still waiting. They arent quite ready to admit that he is nothing more than what he is quite yet, though. Sorry, our conservatives can't come close to managing our tax money. Even worse,people here have forgotten that the government works for us. Slowly and steadily we have surrendered our freedoms to the government and charged it with taking care of us, keeping us safe from terror (what a joke), and raising our kids. An individual receiving a social security check today is getting 1/3rd of the dollar they put in. Safe from terror? It only takes one person to create terror. WTF, get a few people together, give one matches and gasoline, give one poison for the waterways, give one a... you get the point. Raising our kids? We will always vote to give the schools more money, we say it is for books, bullshit. Where I live we pay more for each student to be put through high school than it costs for them to go to a community collage. Oh yeah, and you get to keep our books from collage! School age teacher don't earn shit, and college teachers do much better. Another example of how corrupt our government spending is. We never designed our government to be a business, or to control and dictate laws through political propaganda, but it is/does. |

Among his running mate, opponent, and opponent's running mate, he was is by far the least qualified to do anything. Except read off of a teleprompter. Apparently some think he's pretty good at that.
