1) Woman gets pulled over for not wearing seatbelt. 2) Woman gives cop ration of shit for it. 3) Woman refuses to produce license and insurance papers 4) Cop gives her fair warning 5) Woman refuses, struggles with cop, resists arrest, makes a phone call, gets tazered. 6) ARFCOM argues about validity of seatbelt law.

Shit-it sounded like he only hit her with about 2 seconds of juice. She was crying and carrying on like someone chopped her boobs off and stepped on her toe. Very fucking simple folks-when the officer asks for your license, the correct course of action is to do so. Throwing a hissy fit, calling him names and then when you've created a situation where he feels that you're gonna slap him, refusing to chill out, will only result in you being tased, arrested, and then laughed at by those of us who are not complete fucking morons.
Here's how that could have gone: "Ma'am, I need to see your license and registration please." "Sure, here you go." *he does what he needs to do-warning or ticket* "Here's your stuff-have a nice afternoon." Fucking simple-unless, of course, you happen to be too fucking stupid to realize that right or wrong, you are NEVER going to win an argument with a cop on the side of the road. And if you're that stupid, I highly advise you making sudden moves and calling the cops names-I fucking love it when stupid people get injured for my entertainment. |

For not wearing your seatbelt  That's not exactly how I'd characterize it. I'm well aware she was being arrested for disobeying a police officer. I find it beyond idiotic that not wearing your seatbelt is against the law. That is because it is an out of control government that made wearing a seatbelt a law. Nobody should be required by law to wear a seatbelt. But if we did not have all these extra laws, we couldnt further fuck with peoples lives and even make money off of them. |
