This is my first attempt at this, so hear it goes.
First off is BBQ leg of lamb and ribs. Here are the meats 
Here are some of the ribs with a generous application of the wife's homemade rub. 
Here are some ribs with and without rub. 
Here is the leg of lamb with the bone removed and before the rub. 
All meat then goes to the smoker 
While the meat is smoking outside I return inside to prepare some awesome beans. First you brown up some smoked sausage and fry some bacon. Leave the grease in the pot you are going to use to cook the beans. Add the sausage and bacon along with whatever spices you like in your beans. I love garlic, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne pepper. 
Have your dog guard the meat outside because the smell will travel for miles and you just can't take a chance 
My wife also made potato salad, cole slaw, biscuits and cut up a watermelon for the table. Not so many pics of those items except for these with the guns. 
The reason for such a large dinner is in honor of: 
This was here one week anniversary on the planet. After dinner the dog, goes from guarding food to guarding the newest arfcommer.

89,372/10! I have NEVER seen so many uber cool firearms in one dinner oic before, and I've been here a lot longer than my current account would lead you to think. Only problem is, that doggie looks like it wants to eat the baby.
