I was thumbing through the CDs at the local library, and I came across one by Minnie Driver. I figured "What the hell" and checked it out. Not bad; she's got a very mellow voice. Good for chilling out with an adult beverage. Here's a sample of her work. Enjoy.

Ahhh, Miss Minnie Driver! She's amazing. I ran into her in an airport bathroom right around her 'Good Will Hunting' fame. I'm not generally the type to care about actors/actresses, but she was standing at the sink next to me and I said, "I really enjoyed your performance in 'Good Will Hunting', Ms. Driver." She smiled at me, thanked me, and said, "This right here is the best part of my job. Just don't ask me to sign toilet paper. I have to draw the line somewhere." ... all said while laughing, smiling. Very nice. Very gracious. Also taller and thinner than she appears in movies. |
