So I was in Wal-Mart with my dad getting some ammo and have found out that the 6 box limit has just hit our local store Fortunately, we found a technicality in the rules Not a Wal-Mart rant, but if you have SO or kids 18+ go hit up Wal-Mart together. It will make a fun family outing It also might help some if you don't hit the counter at the same time. Once one person has made their purchase approach the counter and order up |

The only thing that I would've hit the limit on was the Winchester AA light target/low recoil loads I found at a Wal-Mart about 20 minutes from my house, marked down to $5.00 flat per box. They had about 30-40 boxes.
I should've bought them all and been set for a LONG time of skeet shooting. They came out to be about $3.50 per 100 cheaper (after tax) than the Federal target loads @ $21.65 per 100rd pack. Oh well. |

I wonder if the clerks would consider the 100 round 12ga packs 4 boxes instead of 1? |

Once one person has made their purchase approach the counter and order up Happened to me the other day as well. I wanted a brick of 22lr. Problem was, they only had 50 round loose boxes on the shelf. Net result, 6 boxes of 22lr. I asked them if they are unpacking bricks of 10 boxes and putting the individual 50ct boxes on the shelves. I don't think they knew what I was trying to imply. I toyed with the clerk a bit and asked if it was 6 boxes per day or 6 boxes per visit. She replied "6 boxes per day." I asked, "well golly, how do you keep track of that if I come back to get more?" She could only reply, "well, if I'm working here I won't sell it to you." I smiled at her and said, "thanks." Next time I think I'm gonna carry some extra cash. Buy my limit. Then find somebody close by who just watched me buy it, buy another 6 boxes with my money, then hand it over to me right in front of them. Or I'll go in with a friend or two and have them do it for me since they will be in on the scam. Should be fun. |

One of the employees tried to pull "under the law you and your wife are one" crap. Manager came back and said " they are two customer, and you can actually go to your car and come back in and buy 6 more if you want, Its not ethical, but you can"
Dont know if your manager would back what this manager would say, but good luck and dont tell the ammo whores! |

I hit the mother lode at my Wal-Mart today. Got one box of Federal 9mm for $8.97. The only box they had. It was great however since I have 3 Super Wal-Marts near me and this is the first box of 9mm I have seen in 3 months.....No kidding. Even went 300 miles away last week to the beach and negative at 3 Wal-Marts on the way down there. Haven't seen any 45 acp either. Sorry for the hijack, but I wish ours had enough in stock to try your method. Should work good. |
yayzorz.
