I have a 9mm case, the CSI Tech. states it says ACC 99 around the top and 9mm lugar on the bottom. I can't find any info on this type of case, any help???

Has to be a trick question of some sort, or it's ammunition from a foreign source/nation that isn't legally imported into the U.S. and not recognised as as a commercial ammunition manufactuer. Be curious as to the answer.
