A short rant-
I was at National Guard Drill this past weekend and the discussion, as always turned to guns. One of the troops with me, who claims to own something to the effect of twenty pistols, called me a right wing extremist. Not that I really mind-DHS already gave me the title- but his reasoning pissed me off. His reason- Because I own an assault rifle. This guy does "private security" work in the civilian sector (I think he's a Mall Cop, but I am not sure) and is a soldier, but is offended by a rifle....

| I was at my recruiter's office today and we were filling out a reservation for my MOS on the computer. He asked me if I belong to any terrorist groups that are against the government and I said "Well according some some I am since I'm in the NRA." He just laughed and said "Yeah or VFW." |
| "Right Wing Extremism" was Public Enemy Number One™ during the Clinton years. Funny how it comes right back into play when when a new Democrat President gets into power. The scary part is that there are people in the .gov, the Agencies, the media and Police forces that actually believe it's true. |

Really it upset you?
At this point the people called "Right-Wing Extremists" are the only Patriots left. You're in good company. Apparently veterans and people who have a devotion to Constitutional Rule of Law are among your accomplices. The Chair is Against the Wall. I always tell folks that I happen to know for a fact that there is no vast "Right-Wing Conspiracy" as Hillary Clinton once claimed, because if there was I'd be a part of it and know.
