We left Saturday to our beach hangout and like always shut everything down...turned off the computer ( i think)

Came home today and our PC won't turn on.
Tried a bunch of crap but I'm just not computer smart. Below is pic of our 6 year old PC...also I took a pic of the back. There is a little green light blinking just below and to the left of the power cord it blinks fast when plugged in and slower when unplugged...it's not a bomb because I waited for it to blow up and so far not carnage...

Why won't my PC turn on? Fuse?...help a wanna-be-geek out and I'll send you some crap...ammo, optics, I'll see what I have...

Thanks...

Betting the Power Supply is bad.  Other option would be cpu fan quit (dirty) and burned up the cpu.  Or the fan quit on the cpu, cpu heats up quickly and computer doesnt POST (power on).

ETA:  See if you can get the left (left, looking at it from the front) side panel off.  Along the edge in the rear are screws.  Unscrew those, its what is holding the cover on.  If you can open it, do so and post more pics.
